How do I secure a reservation?
A $200 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable after your event, provided no damage occurs to the Oak Room.
Will my deposit be applied to my final bill?
No. The deposit is held separately and will be returned (in full) the Monday following your event, assuming the room is left in good condition.
What are the rental fees and minimum charges?

Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,000 (Sunday–Thursday) or $1,500 (Friday–Saturday).

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Sunday–Thursday Cancellations: $200 fee if canceled less than 90 days before your event, and $500 if canceled less than 60 days before.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food is allowed (except for dessert), in compliance with our health code. You may order from our banquet menu in advance (10 days lead time required) or from our bar menu during your event. A dedicated bartender will serve your guests upstairs.
What are the decoration rules?
You’re welcome to decorate the Oak Room up to 1½ hours before your party start time (weddings and rehearsal dinners may arrange additional setup time). However, no glitter or confetti is allowed. If any damage occurs or prohibited items are used, your deposit will not be returned.
Is the venue family-friendly?
Absolutely. Minors are allowed in the Oak Room when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They must stay in the room and are not permitted in the main floor bar area.
What about music and entertainment?
You can hire a DJ or band, or use our satellite radio until midnight. Bands and DJs can set up 2 hours before your event. There is no elevator access, so please let entertainers know they will need to use the stairs.
How late can my event go?
Music and entertainment must wrap up by midnight. If minors are found drinking or other policy violations occur, we reserve the right to end the event early.
Do I need to pay for parking?
We do not include parking fees in our event space rental. Street parking or nearby parking ramps may be available—plan ahead to ensure ample parking for your guests.
When will I get my deposit back?
We typically process refunds on the Monday following your event, as long as the Oak Room is left in good condition and no other policy violations have occurred
